Charlie Ingram is Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Eriez Magnetics where he has worked since 1994. Eriez manufactures advanced technology equipment for magnetic separation, vibratory, metal detection, x-ray inspection and materials conveying applications. Prior to Eriez, Charlie was Manager of International Marketing at Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company, also serving as General Manager of the tool company’s Canadian affiliate. His career also includes a 10-year stay at Warner & Swasey, a machine tool manufacturer, where he rose to Manager of Product Sales. Charlie holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history at Denison University, Granville, Ohio, and received a certificate in advanced management at the University of Tennessee. He serves on the Advisory Board of Mercyhurst College’s Walker School of Business, the Board of Directors of Erie Sight Center, Presque Isle Partnership, The Kahkwa Club, Sterling Technologies Inc., the Erie Philharmonic Board of Governors, and the St. Vincent Board of Corporators. He also chairs the Global Sales & Marketing Committee of the Association of Manufacturing Technology. A native of Chicago, Charlie resides in Fairview, PA with his wife Emily, two children and a golden retriever named Cubbie.

Doug Schieber is President of Carrier Vibrating Equipment in Louisville, KY. Doug began his career at Carrier in 1993 as a Project Engineer and previously held positions of Foundry Industry Sales Manager and Chemical Industry Sales Manager. He directs both domestic and international sales and marketing efforts while taking a leading role in business development and strategic planning issues. Before joining Carrier, Doug held a Project Engineering position at Philip Morris USA. He has a Bachelor of Science and Masters degree in Engineering from the University of Louisville. Doug lives in LaGrange, Kentucky with his wife Julie and two children.

Steve Ragan is President of Sly Incorporated where he first started in 1996 in the Aftermarket Department. After several years, Steve left Sly to pursue other opportunities, but returned as President in 2007. During the time between working at Sly, Steve worked at Key Bank in Cleveland, Ohio where he led strategic planning and performance management initiatives for clients across the country. Steve also served as a consultant and sales trainer where he coached many organizations, helping them focus on profitable revenue growth and organization effectiveness. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Organizational Management from Tiffin University and a Master's Degree in Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. Steve serves on the Board of Community Service Alliance and is involved with various activities at his church and in his community. He and his wife Diana have two children.

and Secretary
Susan Denston is Executive Director for the Process Equipment Manufacturers Association. Her background suits a variety of tasks, including meetings management, print production management and quality control, and membership and meetings promotion. She also is skilled in serving the administrative needs of Boards and committees. Susan is a graduate of George Mason University with a B.B.A. in Marketing.  She is President of the Corporate Services Division of Association and Society Management International, Inc. In addition, she serves several additional associations: Executive Director of the Product Liability Prevention & Defense Group, Executive Vice President of American Textile Machinery Association, Meetings Manager for the International Association of Emergency Managers and Meetings and Exhibit Manager for the National Association of State EMS Officials.
Harry (Buzz) Buzzerd
Harry (Buzz) W. Buzzerd, Jr., CAE
PEMA Management Counsel
Harry (Buzz) W. Buzzerd, Jr., CAE, has served as Management Counsel to the Process Equipment Manufacturers' Association since 1983. He began his association management career in 1964 and holds a CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation. He earned a B.A. from Gettysburg College, along with extensive graduate and professional education. In addition to his work with PEMA, Buzz is Management Counsel to the Association of Vacuum Equipment Manufacturers and the American Textile Machinery Association. He is Chairman and owner of Association and Society Management International, Inc., which he founded in 1982.
