
Chuck Weilbrenner

Chuck Weilbrenner is President of PIAB USA Inc and Regional Director
of the PIAB Group where he has been employed since 1983. PIAB is a global manufacturer
of vacuum products for industrial automation, and vacuum conveying systems for the
food, pharmaceutical, and chemical processing industries. Chuck holds a Bachelor
of Science degree from the University of New Hampshire, as well as an MBA from Babson
College in Wellesley, MA. Chuck has served on a number of educational and community
service boards. He currently is an active member of the Board of Trustees at Vermont
Academy in Saxtons River, Vermont. He resides with his wife in Duxbury, MA.

Jay Brown
PEMA Vice President

Jay Brown is the President and CEO of Mac Process, headquartered in Kansas City, Missouri. He joined Mac in July of 2000 as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. He took over the CEO role in May of 2008. His background prior to Mac Process included approximately 10 years in positions from General Manager, Tax Manager, Controller and Vice President/CFO with an international capital goods manufacturer in the printing industry, Didde Corporation and subsidiaries, plus seven years with Deloitte & Touche, auditing firm and three years with Bendix Corporation. He has Masters and Bachelors degrees in Accounting from the University of Missouri Kansas City, is a CPA, a former member of the Board of Directors for the Financial Executives Institute.

Charlie Ingram
PEMA Treasurer

Charlie Ingram is Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Eriez Magnetics where he
has worked since 1994. Eriez manufactures advanced technology equipment for magnetic
separation, vibratory, metal detection, x-ray inspection and materials conveying
applications. Prior to Eriez, Charlie was Manager of International Marketing at
Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company, also serving as General Manager of the tool company’s
Canadian affiliate. His career also includes a 10-year stay at Warner & Swasey,
a machine tool manufacturer, where he rose to Manager of Product Sales. Charlie
holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and history at Denison University,
Granville, Ohio, and received a certificate in advanced management at the University
of Tennessee. He serves on the Advisory Board of Mercyhurst College’s Walker School
of Business, the Board of Directors of Erie Sight Center, Presque Isle Partnership,
The Kahkwa Club, Sterling Technologies Inc., the Erie Philharmonic Board of Governors,
and the St. Vincent Board of Corporators. He also chairs the Global Sales & Marketing
Committee of the Association of Manufacturing Technology. A native of Chicago, Charlie
resides in Fairview, PA with his wife Emily, two children and a golden retriever
named Cubbie.

Susan A. Denston
PEMA Executive Director and Secretary

Susan Denston is Executive Director for the Process Equipment Manufacturers Association. Her background suits a variety of tasks, including meetings management, print production management and quality control, and membership and meetings promotion. She also is skilled in serving the administrative needs of Boards and committees. Susan is a graduate of George Mason University with a B.B.A. in Marketing. She is President of the Corporate Services Division of Association and Society Management International, Inc. In addition, she serves several additional associations: Executive Director of the Product Liability Prevention & Defense Group, Executive Vice President of American Textile Machinery Association, Meetings Manager for the International Association of Emergency Managers and Meetings and Exhibit Manager for the National Association of State EMS Officials.

Harry (Buzz) W. Buzzerd, Jr., CAE
PEMA Management Counsel

Harry (Buzz) W. Buzzerd, Jr., CAE,
has served as Management Counsel to the Process Equipment Manufacturers' Association
since 1983. He began his association management career in 1964 and holds a CAE (Certified
Association Executive) designation. He earned a B.A. from Gettysburg College, along
with extensive graduate and professional education. In addition to his work with
PEMA, Buzz is Management Counsel to the Association of Vacuum Equipment Manufacturers
and the American Textile Machinery Association. He is Chairman and owner of Association
and Society Management International, Inc., which he founded in 1982.
