AD Process Equipment, a Gray company, is pleased to announce that Neil O’Mara has joined the team as the new Business Unit Director. In this role, Neil will be responsible for the daily engineering and manufacturing operations at the Naperville, IL facility, including P&L responsibility. He will ensure the business unit is performing at its best and work with the common leadership team of Anderson Dahlen, Inc. and AD Process Equipment to strategize and enhance performance.

Neil earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, along with an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management. He has more than 20 years of experience in product management, commercial operations, and aftermarket product/support centers.

With an extensive background in the Industrial and Food & Beverage markets, Neil is familiar with developing and executing growth strategies, providing value-added services to customers, and advancing product lines. “I am looking forward to helping the AD Process Equipment team grow by ensuring everyone has the tools and resources they need to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively,” says Neil. “With a well-established parent company of Gray, I am optimistic about growing the manufacturing portion of Gray. Our close alignment with Anderson Dahlen will also help the team be successful.”
