Palmer Tool manufactures, repairs, and upgrades Rotary Airlocks, ASME Pressure Vessels, and Conveying Screws for severe-duty applications (high corrosion, high abrasion, high temp, high pressure). Palmer often customizes high-value process components to extend the useful service life – specializing in alloy steels (Inconel, Hastelloy, Stainless), hard-facing (thermal spray & welding of Colmonoy, Carbides, and Stellite), and ease of maintenance (upgraded bearings, inner liners, etc). Emergency Repairs or Capital Projects are performed for domestic and international customers from Palmer’s two locations in west Tennessee and coastal Mississippi.
