Frank Dupps, Jr. is fourth generation owner and President of The Dupps Company,
headquartered in Germantown, Ohio. Prior to becoming President, Frank was a Total
Quality Management administrator for Dupps, Regional Sales Manager and Director
of International Sales for all product lines. Frank holds a Bachelor of Science
degree in Business Management from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. In addition
to PEMA, he is a member of the National Renderers Association, International Fish
Meal/Fish Oil Organization and the European Fat Processors and Renderers Association.
He serves on the Board of Directors of Xavier University Williams College of Business
and Entrepreneurial Studies and The Principal's Advisory Board for Fenwick High
School and also is active in Junior Achievement. Frank and his wife Michelle have
two children and reside in Germantown, Ohio.

Ralph Imholte

Ralph Imholte joined Strong-Scott Mfg. (a predecessor company to Bepex) in 1973
as a pilot plant technician. He was appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing
in 1992. In addition to working at Bepex he was product line sales manager for Buhler
and held the position of Vice President and General Manager of Hosokawa Micron Powder
Systems. In 2004, he led a group of six managers and an outside investor in the
purchase of the U.S. operations of Bepex and became President and CEO of Bepex International
LLC. Ralph has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota
and a JD from William Mitchell College of Law. He is admitted to the bar in Minnesota
and is a member of the Volunteer Lawyers Network in Minneapolis and the Minnesota
International Center.

Ben Kice is an Inside Sales Manager for Kice Industries, Inc.
where he has worked since 2003. He is actively involved in the Strategic Planning
Team, product development and introduction to market, Project Management, and customer
management for Kice Industries. Prior to his positions in the Sales Department, Ben
worked in the Kice Manufacturing facility while finishing his college degree. He
holds a Bachelor's Degree from the Emporia State University School of Business majoring
in Administration. In his spare time, he is an active member of the Phi Delta Theta
Alumni Association and serves on the Eastside Community Church volunteer group .

Steve Ragan is President of Sly Incorporated where he first started in 1996 in
the Aftermarket Department. After several years, Steve left Sly to pursue other
opportunities, but returned as President in 2007. During the time between working
at Sly, Steve worked at Key Bank in Cleveland, Ohio where he led strategic planning
and performance management initiatives for clients across the country.
Steve also served as a consultant and sales trainer where he coached many
organizations, helping them focus on profitable revenue growth and organization
effectiveness. He holds a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration
in Organizational Management from Tiffin University and a Master's Degree in
Organization Development from Bowling Green State University. Steve serves on
the Board of Community Service Alliance and is involved with various activities
at his church and in his community. He and his wife Diana have two children.

Megan Thompson is President and COO of ACS Valves, a division of Ancaster Conveying
Systems, a family-owned company, located in Caledonia, Ontario, Canada. She is responsible
for setting, and guiding the direction of the company's global operations, sales,
marketing, and product development initiatives, including: strategic planning, sales
channel management, customer communications, and administrative management. ACS
Valves designs, engineers, and manufactures rotary airlock valves for bulk material
handling and pneumatic conveying applications. Megan began her career at ACS Valves
in 1992. From that time, she rose through various sales responsibilities, including
technical sales and sales management, to become vice president of sales and marketing.
In 2010, Megan was appointed president and COO. She holds a degree in Business Administration
and Marketing from Sheridan Institute of Ontario.
