Kim Lear will discuss how the best organizations are connecting, cultivating engagement and building standout experiences across the multigenerational workforce.

Steven Iwersen will present “Champions in the Chaos: Strategies for Success in a Disrupted World”.

Chester Elton, one of PEMA’s highest rated speakers, is back to present on leadership and managing disruption.

A member panel will discuss pros and cons of doing business in Latin American. In addition, there will be roundtables, member profiles and numerous networking opportunities with fellow PEMA members.
