In his new role, Ian will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale capital projects, ensuring that KWS continues to provide innovative and reliable solutions to customers across a wide range of industries. His leadership will be instrumental in driving operational excellence and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.

Ian joined KWS Manufacturing in 2011 and has since advanced through roles of increasing responsibility. With extensive experience in engineering and project management, he has led numerous high-value projects from concept through completion. As Vice President of Capital Projects, he will continue to build strong partnerships with clients while mentoring the next generation of project leaders at KWS.
