Strategic appointments reinforce Company’s commitment to customer success

ALLEGAN, MI (December 1, 2022) – Material Transfer & Storage (MTS), an industry leader in the custom design and manufacture of bulk bag filling, conditioning and discharging systems, announced today the addition of Tim Kamrowski as Customer Service Manager and Rick Pasteris as Applications Engineering Manager. These strategic investments strengthen the Company’s ability to solve customers’ most complex bulk material handling challenges.

As Customer Service Manager, Kamrowski will oversee the Service and Parts departments effective immediately. In this role, he will be directly responsible for enhancing service and maintenance processes, nurturing customer relations and elevating MTS’ exemplary customer service level to an even higher standard. Kamrowski brings more than 20 years of experience in the service management field.
