CANCELLATION POLICY: Registration fee refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or before February 20, 2026; except in extreme emergencies, refunds cannot be made any later as PEMA® must provide a final headcount to the hotel for meal functions. Meeting cancellation must be in writing. Hotel cancellation is the responsibility of each meeting participant and subject to hotel policies.
